I get the following error after installing the script via WHM:
"No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_s3backup.cgi): subprocess exited with status 1"
This is due to a recent change in the location of perl on cPanel. You can fix it by editing the first line of `/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_s3backup.cgi` from:
#!/usr/local/bin/perl
to this:
#!/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl
The plugin says 'Access Denied' when you try to get into it in WHM.
Ensure you are logging into WHM as the root user.
How do I uninstall the plugin?
Just remove all of the following files/folders:
- /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/s3backup/ - /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_s3backup.cgi - /root/s3backupwhm/ - if still exists
